My name is Oguzcan Kaganoguzbeyoglu.
You might want to call me Ozy, like everyone else does.

I’m a Creative Director from Izmir, Turkey, currently based in Tokyo.
I started out in graphic design and fine arts, then somehow turned that into a career that has taken me through Singapore, Bangkok, Saigon and Tokyo.

Over the past 18+ years, I’ve worked across advertising, design, branding, social and content, at places like BBDO Singapore, Lowe Thailand, Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett Vietnam and, since 2019, UltraSuperNew Tokyo.

Some of that work has been recognized at Cannes Lions, D&AD, Spikes Asia and The One Show, and hopefully did some good for the brands behind it. Though, none of it has helped me explain
to my parents what exactly I do for a living.

These days, I’m into how ideas, design, culture and new creative tools can come together. I enjoy leading teams and shaping the bigger picture, but still like getting my hands dirty and making things myself.

Outside work, I make music, cook, draw and maintain an unreasonable number of other hobbies. Always happy to chat over a Turkish coffee, so feel free to reach out!
